From selected vineyards of the Paphos region, at an altitude of 600 meters, our Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks using techniques of pre-fermentation cold extraction and batonnage. With a rich body and balanced acidity, aromas of green apple and ripe pear with hints of citrus and fresh aromatic herbs, it offers a cool peppery taste. Accompanies seafood and fatty fish, sashimi, sushi, poultry, pasta, risotto and green salads. Served best at 10-12°C.
From selected vineyards in the mountainous region of Vouni-Panagi, the Maratheftiko is matured for 6 months in French oak barrels before being aged in the bottle for a further 9 months. A full bodied wine, with balanced acidity, soft tannins and rich bouquet that combines the aroma of ripe red fruits, balanced with the sweet scents of vanilla and cocoa. Perfect companion to cheeses, game and red meats. Served best at 16-18°C.
