Red Dry Wine
A blend of the Mavra, Cabernet Franc, Lefkada, Shiraz and Mourverde varieties from vineyards in the Lemesos region, matures at an altitude of 700 meters. Intense deep red colour with ruby highlights. A refined and well composed balance af aromas from the various varieties used, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Accompanies traditional Cypriot meze, meat dishes with tomato sauces, pasta and mature cheeses. Allow time to breathe for maximum enjoyment of aromas, served best at 16-18°C.
White Dry Wine
A unique, epic trilogy of Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Xynisteri varieties that reveals an unprecedentedly pleasant wine. With rich aromas of exotic fruits but also of Mediterranean citrus that will delight white wine lovers. A golden, bright green colour with a fresh taste and full aftertaste that justifies the choices of our oenologists. Accompanies green salads, grilled vegetables, fish and seafood with light sauces and aromatic herbs. Also fresh white cheeses, such as halloumi and French Chevre. Best served at 8 -10°C.
